Last summer i was trying to be the tannest white girl in britain, but this summer i think that i'm going to be the whitest white girl in texas.  It's between me and jerry hall anyway.  I could have probably come in the top ten for 'most uncoordinated tanline' thanks to an extended 4th of July tubing trip.

My best friend Alena gave me a call today, which really made my day.  It put things into perspective.  In my mind, I could have been back home, because she's a big part of "home" for me.
